Owned and operated by Barb and Fritz Foulke, we are assisted by our children, and the grandparents through out the year and especially at harvest. We are able to provide to our customers the freshest hazelnuts in both raw and roasted form because we handle every aspect of growing and processing. We are truly farm direct.

For more than sixty years Blau Oyster Company has been farming Pacific Oysters in Samish Bay near the Skagit flats in Northwest Washington. Year after year we plant, tend and harvest our crops on a broad strip of land between high and low tides. Samish Bay has always been a great, natural producer of shellfish thanks to extensive tidelands, nutrient-rich cold currents from nearby Georgia Strait and plentiful, clean fresh water sources.
