The Honeymoon Bay Getaway is an exquisite Craftsman style, 4 bedroom, 4 bath view home. Built in 2005, this spacious 3100 square foot home has a view overlooking peaceful Holmes Harbor from almost every room. This luxury custom home has exceptional quality in every detail to ensure a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation on beautiful Whidbey Island.
This luxury home has a kitchen that is a Chef's delight, appointed with all stainless steel appliances, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, grinder, toaster, and much more. There are beautiful granite counters, Brazilian cherry floors and Travertine tile throughout. There is a large bar with additional seating for eating plus a formal dining room. Both the formal living room and the family room off the kitchen nook eating area have propane fireplaces to relax by. There is a sitting room where you can settle in and enjoy a good book, or take care of business on your laptop as the home is appointed with wireless high speed internet.

The master suite has a king size bed with an exquisite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and large walk in closet. You can enjoy your spectacular view of Holmes Harbor while relaxing in the master Jacuzzi bathtub.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bath, again with a great view of the harbor. The third and fourth bedrooms each have bunkbeds, with double beds on the lower bunks. They also share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There are trundle beds under each double bunk that can be used at an additional cost.

Whidbey Island is the longest island in America, it is easily accessible from Seattle via the Mukilteo ferry or from the north a the Deception Pass Bridge. Narrow and hilly, the smell of fresh salt air penetrates the nose even when the sea has disappeared behind acres of forest and rural countryside. The island is made up local communities that are strewn up and down the coastline. Langley, Clinton, Coupeville and Oak Harbor all reflect a special northwest spirit and offer visitors a choice of boutique cafes, coffee shops, art galleries and in the summer months popular farmer's markets.
The island offers several state parks with scenic and rugged northwest beaches. Deception Pass Bridge connects the island to the mainland and is dramatically sited above a turbulent passage that feeds into the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Below the beaches and hiking trails within Deception Pass State Park are truly spectacular, towering Douglas firs, fragrant western red cedars, agate rich beaches and fresh ocean breezes that will settle into your soul and become a fond lasting memory.

| Whidbey Island is 26 miles north of Seattle as the ferry rides. The trip lasts about 20 minutes and boats leave at regular intervals. Farther up the coast, traveling through the rich Skagit farmlands, Whidbey Island is connected to the mainland by the scenic Deception Pass Bridge. The Honeymoon Bay Getaway is located in the pleasant upscale residential community of Holmes Harbor. |

The home is rented out by the week only during this time frame, with check in and out on Fridays. Shorter stays (two night minimum), may be reserved if the property still has availability within three weeks of your desired arrival.
2008/2009 Off Season September 6th – June 25th
The home requires a two night minimum stay, excluding major holidays, which require a four night minimum stay during this time frame. For extended stays, (three week minimum), we can sometimes offer a discounted rate during the off season.
When making a reservation more than (45) forty-five days prior to your arrival, we require a $400 non-refundable fee be received via mail within (72) seventy-two hours after making the reservation or be paid by Paypal immediately. The $400 non-refundable fee will hold your reservation and will be applied to your rent if the reservation is completed. Your final payment must be received (45) forty-five days prior to your arrival.
For reservations made within (45) forty-five days of your arrival, we require payment in full be received via mail within (72) seventy-two hours after finalizing the reservation or be paid by Paypal immediately. A security/damage deposit is also required on all reservations, the amount is dependant on the length of your stay. The security/damage deposit must be received 30 days prior to your arrival, which can be paid by personal or cashiers check, money order or by Paypal.
Cancellations received more than (45) forty-five days prior to your schedule arrival date, will cause forfeiture of the $400.00 non-refundable fee paid to hold the reservation. There are no refunds on reservations cancelled within (45) forty-five days of your scheduled arrival date (except for the security/damage deposit, if one has been received).
