Our boutique hotel offers a variety of 29 distinctive suites, including a 3,000 sq ft Penthouse Suite complete with gourmet kitchen and expansive Inner harbour views. Perfect for corporate and leisure travelers our suites are also ideal for families, with children of any age. Many suites feature two-story lofts, accommodating up to six adults. Each suite offers spacious and comfortable living areas with fully equipped kitchens (an average suite is approximately 500 sq ft).
The Swan's Wild Saffron Bistro is accented by wood beams, warm earth tones and an original art collection will surely lure you in. Progressive West Coast cuisine satisfies the senses with exciting and creative dishes. Enjoy our large selection of local and international wines or try some of Swans award winning beers.

As our guest you may select from a variety of suites to best suit your needs. All of our suites display original pieces of artwork to create a unique atmosphere, not found anywhere else. Most of our suites are loft style with high ceilings, open beams and skylights. Many have private patios, terraces or Juliet balconies some with views of Victoria’s spectacular Inner Harbour. Swans Suites are distinctive and full of character, brimming with the old world charm of a 1913 heritage building coupled with the modern comforts and conveniences of home.
All suites have fully equipped separate kitchens with all the necessities. If you prefer to create your own feast while traveling, you may do so and then enjoy your meal in the beautifully appointed dining area.
STUDIO SUITES
The layout of our studio suites are open concept featuring a king size bed, private washroom, fully equipped kitchen; most with a dining area. Entire suite is one level with no stairs. Ideal for one or two people.
ONE BEDROOM - QUEEN SUITE
Our unique one bedroom suites are on one level. Featuring a private bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private washroom and a spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa bed. Ideal for up to 4 people.
LOFT STYLE ONE BEDROOM SUITE
Our loft style one bedroom suites feature a king size bed in the loft area. On the main level of the suite it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private washroom, and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Ideal for up to 4 people.
TWO BEDROOM - KING OR QUEEN SUITE
Our spacious and unique two bedroom suites feature the bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has a either king or queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin size beds (ideal for families). The main level of the suite has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private washroom and spacious living room with a sofa bed. Ideal for up to six people.
